Entirely made in Canada from basswood, this dry, low-grade temperature (42-48C) sauna can be used for short or longer duration for numerous health benefits, for example to:

• Tonify the immune system
• Detox, especially heavy metals and other environmental toxins such as pesticides and Bisphenol-A
• Alleviate joint pain, especially for patients suffering from rheumatoid arthritis or fibromyalgia
• Regulate hormones
• Improve the quality of the skin
• Energize
• Prepare the body before the conception of a baby

Sessions
Sessions vary from 15 min to an hour;

• You’ll need a towel and cotton clothes (T-shirt & underwear);
• Corpus Diem will provide appropriate support: a shot of electrolytes to replace minerals lost through the sweat and a shot of fiber to ensure proper bowel elimination;

Fees

• $15 for the first 15 min; additional $5 per extra 15 min.
• The sauna can accommodate 3 people. If you’re coming in with someone, Corpus Diem will give a 15% discount to each.
